I don’t live in America so I guess it is a bit different. We don’t get to choose our classes until sophomore year and we have to stick to the same classes throughout hush school

Since my school isn’t very advanced, I’m competing with a junior in Pre-Cal. I have like a 102 and she has maybe a 99-100.
So I just got an 82 on my lab report in Biology today. It brought my grade down drastically to a 92. :(

Who on here will admit that they are a nerd in some respect? I admit I am an athletic-nerd if that makes sense.

I’m the same way. I would probably be made fun of if I’m not good at football.

Honestly, even though I’m a nerd, I hide it well! I’m mainly in the popular group of people because I know how to strike just the right chord with people. And even though I’m pretty ugly I have a perfect 10 girlfriend. Don’t know how.
Maybe because they feel sorry for me…

I’m a nerd but I act really childish outside of the classroom. No one will probably make fun of me. They don’t make fun of smart people at my school. I don’t hang out with popular kids though. Maybe I could.

The popular kids at my school don’t really allow anyone in their group that they did not invite in.

Well, I’m in the popular social class, but usually I hang out with nerds like me.

I’m a complete nerd!!!

I started like 2 clubs and am a leader on like 5, so I guess I have friends, but not the traditional sense. I usually hang with the upperclassmen. My classmates and I are not always on the same page. I have taken a vow of complete silence [it gets interesting at times…] from several of them and really don’t like some as the magnet that I go to is heavily coveted, so parents randomly send their slacker kids while fantastic, deserving students are barred admission.

I am not bullied though. I go to a tech school; there is a ‘popular table’, but the people that sit there are called that due their former position as popular [i.e in middle school until being forced to come here, at which point they can’t transfer out due to crazy parents and weird policies]. I am well-known, but rather notorious. My friends and enemies respect me and I have an interesting time.

I guess I’d be that weird guy doing Mandlebrot sets [Lol, my math teacher gives my cool stuff like that to do outside of class; I’ve made Serpinsky Triangles, hand-plotted a Mandlebrot set and done some cool magic], while talking out loud about the latest Hugo/Nebula/Philip K. Dick award winner. But when you get to know me, I’ll discuss the literature of the 60’s compared to the Russian Revolution [1984 and Animal Farm!!!] and the history of the world. If you press me further, I’ll speak in Dutch or German [rather poorly, but getting better!], discussing the ethics of stem cells [test tube babies vs. organ creation].

Basically, I’m a diverse guy, but a super nerdy math guy in school. However, get to know me and I’m all over everything. Of course, I often can’t open up to people, so I usually stay super awkward me!

May I ask if you all are either boys or girls?

I’m an Indian [country, super Asian type] male

African American Male

Viet female

White male. Looks like I’m the minority here! Haha

Filipino Male.

Chinese female

Colombian Male

^Whoa, you’re a dude? I didn’t even know that!

Jesus I was afraid of that happening.

lolol. I legitimately thought you were a girl.
