<p>However, it seems that everyone at my engineering high school is like 6’ or more. I’m like, how can you get that tall if you sleep <7 hours a day? [Sleep produces Human Growth Hormone, it is key in one’s growth]</p>
<p>Well, I can support that I guess. I grew mostly in the summer when I had eight plus hours of sleep.</p>
