High School Class of 2017

Me too! My school isn’t letting us see our grades online yet, so I’m nervous but I think I’m doing well :D

Lol,speaking of which my Spanish 2 grade is up. I have a 100, but that’s only because I handed in the syllabus. My Art teacher also put in EVERY single assignment & project we’ve done in the first week.

Hey guys! I was inactive pretty much all last week because I had my first assignment and I figuring out to balance hw, clubs, and sports so I was quite busy. I figured everything out though :smiley:

I’m going into my third week, all my teachers like me (I think) and my grades are up there I think. We can’t see our grade online I think, but we get a 5 week report card soon so hopefully all my grades will be good. Tomorrow I have a math and drama quiz/test, so I’m going to go study for those!

@Elainajulia Algebra II is easy, but I have a low grade because I always make stupid mistakes (e.g. not having good time management, careless mistakes like 56 / 9 = 6, etc. etc.)

Low-achieving school district = lenient grading scale.

That’s awesome! Wow, you’re already on your third week of school?! Plus you already have you clubs and EC’s together. Lol, you’re really prepared and revving to go! :D

@ScienceKid
Yep, but I guess if you’re counting its my second FULL week of school. Another yes, I’ve joined the clubs I’ve wanted to (Debate, Newspaper, Key Club) and am keeping an ear open for a few more that I think I might be interested in and also I’m thinking about joining the ski team in the winter. I’m going to be very busy! What about you? Have you joined any clubs yet?

@■■■■■■■■
I’m glad you got the clubs of your choice, and it’s smart to keep an eye out for others. If not available then start your own :slight_smile:
And nope, I only had a mini orientation about clubs and EC’s but we didn’t get a brochure indicating all of them, nor the forms to fill out and choose them. Soon hopefully.

My school had a picnic (like in pitch perfect) where all of the clubs had booths!

I’m in deca, stud co, Leo’s club, and volleyball :D

That’s too awesome. I would be willing to visit your school XD

Come on up to mn and I’d show you lol. Where does everyone live?

@Elainajulia I just can’t run…

I’m so ****ed. So in Spanish we needed materials, right? So yesterday I had 100, but now I have a 60 because I didn’t have all the materials, thus giving me a 10/30 for the grade. Total BS. And it isn’t even an academic grade. She did say she’d change it when I had them all, but holy crap that’s just ■■■■■■■■.

@ueutyi ugh that sucks! My aerobics class grades us on the mile (we have to get it in 7:30 or under) but that’s it.

@sciencekid well just get all your materials then :slight_smile: at least she’s going to change it

Yeah. And because of today’s events, I’m gonna study even harder :slight_smile: Thanks Elaina :slight_smile: you always know what to say :D

No I don’t :smiley: I’m studying really hard for aphg because I refuse to get a “b” …

shudder

We can be miserable study buddies!
