I guess we’ll see next year when we get more freedom in classes. I’m probably going to be taking 2 APs next year maybe three but two is the limit so we’ll see
Let’s do it, then. “Help With Schedules for 8th and 9th Graders” sound good to you?
I really wish that we didn’t have to refresh the page every time a new post comes up

Yeah, that sounds good.
@adiacs
I know right. While I was typing there were like 4 new posts.
Just sent you a PM, @IAmNotCreativ.
omg my junior schedule is going to be crazy
hate to say this but my high school is weak, only like one person gets sent to an ivy or prestige college every other year :((
Nice. What a hypercompetitive environment.
Big fish in a really sucky pond, amirite?
My school isn’t really competitive either. I will most likely be ranked second by the end of the year, but that won’t matter because I will be val by the end of senior year
yes yes :(( my school’s class of 2019 is pretty smart though… My class rank probably just dropped cause my grade in biology went from a 95 to a 92 :((
My Bio grade is 0.03% from being a 94. My school does GPAs on the 4-point scale, so it doesn’t matter whether I have low A’s, as long as they’re A’s. I feel like I’m going to get a B in strings, though. I should be tied for #1 or #2. The max freshman GPA without bending the rules is a 4.583, assuming 5 honors classes and 1 AP. Of course, that flops sophomore year, when you have to take gym. I only know of one person in 5 honors and 1 AP, but she has mostly B’s, so… My courseload is 1 standard, 5 honors, and 1 AP, yielding a 4.5.
I have no idea what my rank will be by the end of year
Do yall already have a college lists? If so, what is it? I don’t have one but I’m curious about where your interests lie

UMich. Ha. Caught it in time.
Wow…this thing blew up over Thanksgiving!!
@manspeak2u We’ve now hit more than half that of the previous class.
Pfff…those underachievers
Anybody know what colleges want in terms of languages? I have already taken Spanish 1 & 2 and this year I am taking Latin 1 (fun, fun, fun). I plan on taking Latin 2 next year and then just being done with foreign languages. Is that a bad plan? Do I need to take 4 years of 1 language as opposed to 2 years of 2 languages?
