High School Class selection

I’m in 10th grade currently selecting my junior schedule.

Should I take AP Computer Science Principles or Trigonometry as my math class? Do colleges look at Computer Science Principles as a math class?

I’ll be taking calculus in my senior year after I take a math class over the summer to move.

The colleges I plan on applying to are Boston University, Michigan, Northeastern, and Rutgers

AP Computer Science is considered an elective and not a math class. Colleges want to see Algebra 1/Algebra 2 & Trig/Geometry/Pre-Calc/Calculus etc…
