High school class size??

<p>Do colleges take high school class size into consideration? In a class of 70, being in the top 30 is like being in the top 45%. Whereas in a class of 300, the top 30 is the top 10%. </p>

<p>So, in a small, extremely competitive private school, it's much harder to be in a higher percentage rank. Do colleges take note of this? </p>
