Hi,
I’m an international student applying to the UCs, and the maths courses listed in the UC app, have really got me confused. I can’t seem to find much on the internet either. I’ve had mathematics for all 4 years of HS, instead of different subjects like statistics, calculus, etc
So what is Mathematics I, II, III? And Algebra I and II? It would be really great if someone could explain. Just fyi, I’ve taken pretty advanced courses, including calculus, permutation/combination/ probability, trig etc. I’m not sure how to list these.
Math 1= Algebra
Math 2= Geometry
Math 3= AlgII/Trig
Advanced Math= Precalc, Stats, Calculus
