I’ve seen many forums about the topic of how Dual Credit affects College GPA, but there are many conflicting answers.
Let’s say I make a B average in a lonestar class for both semesters. When I transfer those credits to a college like A&M or UT, would those averages affect my college GPA in the future?
Sorry for the late reply, I’ve been busy with school starting up. Thank you for your reply. Takes a load off of my chest, but even if it were too count towards, it wouldn’t be the end of the world.
It depends on the university and how your dual credit program works.
I did AP/Dual last year, and even though Vista transfers the grade to your university from my school’s policies, I took the AP exam and am choosing to transfer that grade over instead. It’s the same credit, but the AP test can replace your grade instead of giving me a “b” for one of my classes.
