High School Forum Spam

I have said from the beginning that Lablondie, Martha, and a few others have just trashed this board. I was the first here to complain about the spam here; however, I was condemned and told to "loosen" up. I miss the days when CC had political discussions and meaningful talks, but dummies like this have just ruined the place. Do y'all know of any better forums?

I have a "New Deal" for us CCers. I truly value this website for its informative detail. Perhaps the moderator could eliminate some of the troublesome members like Lablondie, Martha, BestMiler1, and all of the other spamming losers, this site would be a better place.

^^Or you could just not read the pointless threads...just don't click...:p

Still, if the "spammy losers" do get eliminated, then I think you would be eliminated for contributing towards the spam as well. I don't get your inconsistency...

Still, I feel somewhat bad...sorry for the spam...I found it amusing.

news flash, justinian. (by the way, i have nothing against you.)
People have told me that they hated the debate threads. And you think the "hatred of harry potter" thread is like the best one created ever in the history of high school life. others have told me it's lame. maybe you live to argue, but that doesn't mean everyone else has to. in fact, this entire forum isn't catered to anyone. I feel like I go crazy for one night and just have fun with random people here, and everyone starts hating on the "spam".
Life isn't this serious, the forum doesn't have to be only about APs and summer programs and problems in school.
Why is everyone so depressed??
I know it got a little excessive with the random chattering on decent threads and all, but a little fun never hurt anyone.

If you don't like the thread, DON'T READ IT.
some of you all like to kill everyone's mood.

Yeah, don't debate in those threads. It gives me a headache having to go through fiery words.

I guess a little fun was okay. What bothered me the most was just the creation of a random thread every ten minutes or so. It's gone now, so I'm a bit relieved.

yeah the random thread creating with "i'm going to go eat a bowl of cereal. lol" or "i'm going biking, bye" or "i'm your sex slave lolol" was unnecessary . . that's what aim/chatting programs are for . .

I love when tensions are running high lol :p Eh, the completely random pointless threads can be annoying, but meh, sometimes not :D

Yea let's get this place back to normal. Or how about we just forget about it...... its just a forum.....theres more to life right?

My randomness just got the better of me during the last few days of Spring Break, but since I am back in school I will probably act more serious...I'll do it just for Justinian :p

If there are not Fun/random threads, then some of the most active posters are gone and the entire board pretty much dies. I can tell you, if the fun threads stopped, I would be gone in a heartbeat. I get enough serious crap out of my teachers, parents, guidance counselors, etc etc. PLUS it's not like the serious hardcore threads are getting ignored amongst the other threads. I think some peoplke are a little too bitter.

Oh for me, it's not the fun threads, it's the stupid threads. big difference :p

I don't think the "crappy status" of the HS forum can be blamed on a few individuals...that is giving way too much credit, I will give credit for the amusing antics though.

Whatever dullness the HS froum had(IMO which was lifted temporarily with the silly threads), was there before the antics started.

Theres nothing wrong with random threads....they are fun. But it seems like people are just fighting for attention. And some are just plain stupid.

I noticed that I go from one extreme to the other...

I either post in AA debates, threads dealing with racism, etc. or I post in the silly threads.

Still, my personal favorite...the Easter thread that Martha started, but it got hijacked and turned into a thread about strippers. lol

Our beloved father in heaven does not deserve Easter threads progressing into the subject of strippers. ;)

Yeah, it does seem as though HS Life has been taken over by 4-6 people. Some of the threads are funny/semi-interesting. Others, Martha's "announcement," labblondie's "What color should i dye my hair?" etc. are annoying.

Wasting space with pointless posts irritates me, only b/c there are people out there who use the site for informational purposes who have to put up with mega-slowness caused by wasteful threads.

Yeah.

One would get the impression it should be informational...

Okay, I get the point. I will say this: there are several informational CC threads. High School Life is more laid back. Also, heck, it was a weekend. This is when we let off steam.

It's okay Martha...I was a partner in crime...hence a criminal.

I let off steam as well...it was fun.

whoops, I mean CC forums.

its not like I care, i don't know you people anyway ::eek::
