Can someone help me choose my classes and share some tips for freshman year when I want to major in business?
Try to build a solid college-prep base curriculum for your high school schedule. With elective space, you can choose courses that can help you determine your interest in various college majors, if offered.

High school students aiming at highly selective colleges should consider meeting the following base curriculum that is commonly expected. Of course, additional academic electives beyond the base curriculum are fine and expected to fill in free elective space in the schedule.
**English**: 4 years.
**Math**: At least to precalculus. Students who complete precalculus in 11th grade or earlier should take calculus if available. I think you need to work with your guidance counselor on your schedule as you’ll need to meet state requirements.
Take Honors courses and APs - as long as you don’t overwhelm yourself.
You’ll be all set up for college and a business major - which is offered at countless colleges.
