Does anyone know of any universities that dont require high school transcripts for Junior transfers? Thanks.

University of Texas - Austin.

They do not require a transcript for sophmore transfers either. The admissions officer, however, informed me that the GPA cutoff is 3.6.

I don' think any of the UCs or Cal States in CA do either.

What if your high school record is really good? If I send it, could it be like a tiebreaker?

I believe UT, by law, cannot use the High School transcript as a factor in admissions.

Thank you for the responses!!
My high school record is very strong, the problem though, is that they only want official copies. I dont have officials, since in Guatemala, they give you the transcript once and for all. So there is no chance for me to get an extra set of official high school transcripts.

Would there be away to verify those grades if an admission's head wanted them? Or is out of the question, there must be records that you or a relavtive can aquire. I've actually never heard of this, and both parents where foreign transfers.
