<p>Hi I'm currently a junior in high school and am wondering what I should do over the next summer to better my chances at engineering schools like Rice Berkeley etc. I am going to be taking a couple of courses over the summer before senior year such as Linear Alg and Physics probably at a university like CMU or Pitt and was wondering how I could go about doing research or getting an engineering internship if there aren't many advertised? Could I ask at the college do you think they could help me?</p>
