high school merit scholarships

i know its late, but does anyone know of any merit-based scholarships for high school? i'm a girl if that helps

You have to be in seventh grade to apply for this one, but I would suggest that you look into the Caroline D. Bradley Scholarship, sponsored by the Institute for Educational Advancement. It pays for the tuition for four years at the private high school of your choice. I am a part of this excellent program and I highly recommend it.

You’ve missed the deadline for this year but St. Andrew’s-Sewanee School ([St. Andrew’s-Sewanee School](http://www.sasweb.org)) offers a merit scholarship, the Claiborne Scholarship, for qualified incoming freshman and sophomore boarding students.
