<p>I was wondering if anyone has gone to the High School Summer Program at Columbia. If so, does that carry much weight in the acceptance process at the school. Also if it was any good/fun. Thirdly, if the evaluations are worth submitting in your application.</p>
<p>Unless you’re planning on majoring in math or science then the camp doesn’t really have any effect on your application. But if you are then it helps but it’s not the deciding factor. Maybe write an essay on your experience and that’s what convinced you that you wanted to be a mathematician/scientist? Idk…I didn’t go to the camp so I’m not sure and I’m definitely not an adcom:] But to be honest the camp can do nothing but help your admission.</p>
