<p>When it comes to admissions, do UC’s look at your high school rank? Do they even see your rank?</p>
<p>Well, your rank is on your transcript, so they'll see it eventually. But maybe not during the admissions process.</p>
<p>If you have ELC, then they'll at least know that you are in the top 4%.</p>
<p>If you're ELC, they know you're top 4%. This entitles you to certain scholarships, particularly the Irvine Honors program w/ Regents and Chancellor's (My school was literally swamped with those people >_>). If you're top 10%, I think you're guaranteed a UC, although I always though that only applied to ELC.</p>
<p>UCs disregard rank unless you're ELC.</p>

<p>I was ranked 260/550 at my semi-competitve high school. UCI & UCSB accepted me anyway. =)</p>
