Schools require high school report included in application package for transfer student; however, I am not sure if after 2 years my high school still keep my report. Can I make a photocopy of my original file and send to the schools that I intend to transfer? You guys have lots of experience, please help me out....!!!
Thanks in advance

At least in my state, high schools are required to hold files for 7 years at which time the student can get them or they'll be discarded. I would try to get an official copy from you school if at all possible.

thanks for your answer! How about the SAT score? I wonder if they accept SAT score available on my high school's report.
Also, any of you know about the fee waiver for transfer application. Can I get it? I intend to apply for 6-7 schools, so the application fee will be huge. Please share with me your experiences. Thank you all so much

SAT scores don't matter at all for transfers. The Calstate and UC systems don't ask for highschool transcripts until after you're accepted. I don't think Calstate even asks for highschool transcripts. I'm not sure about the fee waiver. When you apply it'll show you the fees and an option if you want to apply for the waiver.

you are confusing the original poster. some schools ask for SAT scores. post your schools so someone familiar could tell you for real (and not just post fallacious generalizations) or just check the websites. all my schools but one ask for them. i even had to take SAT IIs. also photocopies of records are often not accepted. the better you do this the happier you will be with the result.
