<p>The website is a little ambiguous. It's under downloaded forms, but not under the main requirements.</p>
<p>Some schools require them others do not. I would check with the schools you are applying to. Of the 4 schools I applied to, 2 did not require them.</p>
<p>Oh, I thought the Common App was pretty universal? I’m looking at some possible Ivies who all seem to use Common App… I checked some of the websites and could not find additional requirements.</p>
<p>They all use the common app but not all require all of the forms listed. They just put them there because some schools require them. UVA, for example, did not need the SSR or MidTerm Report, although you wont be penalized for sending it in. They were; however, very clear about not needing it. If you don’t see where it says NOT to send it on the school’s website, that probably means you need to send it.</p>
<p>Thanks for the info. I looked more deeply into some of the websites and indeed, some of them did have the reqs listed.</p>
