I am considering applying for Columbia’s college credit options. Will it increase my admissions chances if I take the courses? And can anyone who took these college courses reflect on their experiences?
Only in the sense that it will add academic rigor to your schedule. These types of programs are mostly just moneymakers for the universities and won’t directly improve your admissions chances. If you want to participate in this program, you should do it for its own sake and not because you think it will help you get into Columbia.
