High School to College

How does the experience of a high school affect the chances of getting into a better college?

How about… how does how many years a high school has been running have to do with getting into a good college? Like if the high school is just starting off and like 2-3 years of high school graduated students vs. a school with 20 years worth of high school graduated students. How do colleges look at your progress and school and consider you?

Still, many more factors. College admissions counselors will do research on the high school, new or old. They will speak with Guidance Counselors, read school reports, etc.
