High school transcript not required - WHAT!?!

In another thread [ <a href="http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=300653%5B/url%5D">http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=300653</a> ], someone said:

"However, if a school says that they need 30 credit hours or else you must submit your high school work, what will happen if I only have these 8 classes?"

Don't all transfer colleges (except maybe the California ones) require high school information, even if you're transfering with 65 credits? I'd be so relieived if they didn't, but it sounds unrealistic.

not all of them...LSU for an example does not require them if you have over 30 units

Hm, some colleges it's less credit hours than others. I know Indiana U. only requires 26 credit hours. If you can complete 26 credit hours, then you don't need to submit a high school transcript.
