<p>So...How am i supposed to send it? I first need to translate it to English and then what? Do I send it in electronic form with Common app or do I need to send the official papers through mail? Also, since allot of Colleges ask the first semester grades, do i submit the application and then later i send them? please help out here.</p>
<p>You don’t submit your transcript - your high school counselor does, together with a letter of recommendation and information about any disciplinary issues in the “school report.” It can be mailed or submitted online. </p>
<p>If your school does not usually send students to American colleges, you might have to do most of the legwork yourself and help your counselor with the school report. However, you will need to get a school official involved: you either need their signature on the report (if you mail a hard copy) or - if you submit it electronically - it has to be submitted from a Common App account in their name.</p>
