<p>Is it true that counselors can send the high school transcripts(this is the transcript with all the grades for the last 3 academic years) electronically, through the commonapp.</p>

<p>Yes. They need to upload it to their sections in common app. If only hard copy exists they need to scan it to make a soft copy.</p>
<p>Is every counselor allowed to do that? Does he have to have special permission or access in order to do it?</p>
