According to my admission's status, UF has received my transcripts 4 times. I only requested my school to sent it once. How did it get my transcripts 4 times?

Mine says they’ve been submitted twice for some reason. No idea why…

If it is a state public school, if SAT/ACT scores are updated with a new score a new transcript with the scores will be sent out. Also, 1st quarter grades will upon being posted generate another transcript. Having 2-3 sent as a senior is very common. In the state of Florida system they are sent electronically.

I just saw that my daughters transcripts were sent twice too. This is concerning me because she missed the last week of the first quarter of her senior year due to illness and missed all her exams and got all C’s and D’s on for her grades, temporarily. She has since made up the work and all the grades are A’s and B’s now. Is there a chance UF will see her C’s and D’s from her first quarter senior year and it will could against her?

UF makes its admission decisions based on grades earned through the 11th grade. However, UF upon admission will look at final grades for semester and academic year and if grades arfe too many C’s or D’s and F’s they can and have revoked admission. Have the school send an updated transcript when the quarter grades are adjusted.
