After looking at Stonehill I thought I really liked it; however looking back, I'm slightly worried it is a repeat of high school for me. I live in a suburb very similar to Easton, but more conservative (I think). All the academics sounded great to me, along with the trusting enviorment, but when my tour guide began to talk about the student life, especially the dances, it seemed very similar to high school. Do current students find Stonehill to be a repeat of high school?

Also, I am not catholic, I did not think this was a problem when I visited, but when I was talking to an alum, she said that she was looked down upon by the students, not the administration for being quaker. that was a while ago, so I'd like to think that Stone hill has become more welcoming, but will the students look down upon me if I don't go to mass with them? I know the administration offers vans to other churches, but if I do take this option to go to a Lutheran church, will I be "shunned"? (I know thats a harsh word)
