<p>Has anyone heard of Beverly Hills High School? Is it competitive? well...my brother is sophmore and is tihnkign about moving to that school because my mom's friends bragged about that school.</p>

<p>nah it might be a prestigious school for the region/state but maybe not for the rest of the nation. =D. thats how it is with arizona haha.</p>

<p>very good acceptances into top colleges though (looking through facebook). granted, most of the kids do come from advantaged (rich) backgrounds. i have heard that it is somewhat competitive and challenging. but thats just what i've heard</p>

<p>Beverly Hills High SChool eh...dats a pretty hardcore school. I heard it really competitive and a hard school to get sum good grades. I have a friend who goes there and says that to get to a honors/AP class, there are many entrance exams and GPA requirements.</p>

<p>are you serious that your family will move just because someone said that a school was good? It sounds like a good public school, but I don't think its any thing incredibly special like a prestigious boarding school or anything.</p>

The public education system isn't that great in California, actually pretty bad. I agree that it is a good school, but it's not going to be like a top private school which it sounds like you are implying.</p>

<p>well, beverly hills IS one of the best public schools in southern california. but if you're gonna go move to around that area for education, HARVARD-WESTLAKE is the school to go to!</p>
