High school's average SAT score

<p>What average SAT would qualify your high school as competitive, or very competitive?...I mean I know that there's more to it than that, but still...would a 1205 count?</p>

<p>yah you would be one of the top competitive public schools, #9 in our state has an avrg of about 1170 SATs</p>

<p>haha mine doesnt have a average but we have to get a 310 and 350(math and verbal) to graduate...<em>laughs so hard falls off desk chair</em></p>

<p>They private school here in town has an SAT average of about 1400/1600</p>

<p>jPOD, the Lower Merion district average is 1180, but the data is definitely skewed. Many more scorers over 1180 than under 1180...</p>
