Other details:
I’m sure my essay will be good because writing is my best subject. I’m Roman Catholic as well. A lot of my clubs were for one year because I went to Catholic school as a freshman but then switched to public school in my sophomore year. I won’t be applying for financial aid.

Applying to:
Pepperdine
UCLA
Northeastern
University of Texas Austin
Columbia – I know, not possible, but its my dream school so I figured I’d try
Barnard – same case as Columbia I guess
NYU

Planned Major: Marketing or Public Relations

I know my GPA is pretty low, but I was wondering if my SATs/extra curriculars could make up for that. Part of the reason my rank is so low is because at the private school I went to, you could only take a max of 3 honors course your freshman year (no APs either)…the public school I go to now allows freshman to take unlimited APs/Honors classes, so I fell behind in that respect.

I'm taking all APs my senior year, so I'm hoping to pull my GPA up to like a 3.9 or a 4.0, which would make me above top quarter in my school.

Can’t really say until you take your SAT but if you did get a 2300
Pepperdine -?
UCLA - Low Reach
Northeastern - Safety
University of Texas Austin - ?
Columbia – Reach
Barnard – Reach
NYU - Match - High Match

I don’t see any high test scores. Just predictions

Well I’d say my PSATs are high enough…I think they are a fair prediction of my SATs even if nothing is absolute yet

pepperdine- low reach
ucla- low reach
northeastern- safety
university of texas austin ?
columbia- high reach
barnard- reach
nyu- high match

chance back please?

Sorry if I sounded harsh ^. I was just saying that we need an actual score before we can give you an actual chance.

No its fine, I understand, what you said makes sense!
