<p>A 4 month delay is not acceptable. a 4 day delay is not acceptable! And any institution using Higher One and getting enough complaints to result in a student committee needs to cancel their ties with Higher One. It doesn’t seem like it should take all that many phone calls to the Dean to get that contract canceled.</p>
