Most of those schools require a higher GPA (3.6+) and since your not in the top 10% your chances aren’t that high. Your SAT scores are matchs for most of them.
Your ECs are good, and could make up for your gpa.

Yeah, my GPA sucks. It’s mostly because I took a lot of online courses (which don’t work well with my learning issues) and did very poorly… I tried to address this in my application. For example, I made a D in online AP Lit junior year. My other English grades are almost perfect (close to 100%); I made a 4 on the AP Lit exam; and I have a perfect score on the reading section of the SAT. Either I’m lazy, or something else was going on–and my ECs should prove I’m not lazy.

We also have a weird way of doing GPA. In comparison, my Oxford-College-at-Emory–recalculated is a 3.5.

I’m guessing:

Super-reach (i.e., obviously rejected): Duke, UChicago
High-Reach: Emory
Reach: Vanderbilt, Peabody; Northwestern, SESP; UNC
High Match: Oxford College of Emory
Match: American, NC State
