I was just wondering, do people ever transfer from “higher” UCs to “lower” ones? (Due to level of rigor, too stressed, dislike the environment, or whatever reason it may be)
I always see people motivated to transfer from lower to higher ones in many threads but not the other way around, so I’m curious… :-/
Yes - but, don’t expect the workload to be dramatically lighter at the school you perceive as ‘lower’…
By the time you are a Jr and in your major this would not make much sense except if the transfer school had something int the department you were interested in. So I doubt it happens much. I don’t know any source of data for that.
