Highest in one sitting vs. combined

Hi, I'm deciding whether or not I should take the sat one more time before college apps are due. I want to know if the good privates (hypsm) really do look at your highest combined as they say they do, or if it's just an afterthought to the highest in one sitting. Obviously I know that it'd be best to have your highest be in the single sitting, but I wanna know exactly how much more it matters, because I already took the old sat once, and the new sat twice, so I don't want to look like a testing freak by taking it a fourth time. My highest single sitting is a 2200, and my highest combined is a 2310.
What would you guys do in my situation? Please help!! Thanks!

ur fine dont wast time. Concentrate more on other parts of app

definitely don't waste your time. The privates look at best individual scores bcos its in their interest to do so....it makes their numbers bigger.

The 2200 is great for the UC's, as well....work on the essays.
