Highest Paid??!!

This getting out of hand… xkgx, stop embarrassing yourself… You might not have the grades or the least bit of intelligence but atleast you’re a fighter. If you keep wanting to become “THE WORLD’S RICHEST MAN, MAN!”, then you just might be able to do that… you just have to want it bad enough… and just to clear up a few misconceptions (with all due respect, of course, to everyone else), this is what you need in the world of finance (i.e Wall street)

-You need to know people… its true

-Good College record… preferably 3.5+GPA

-Attitude… Being an arrogant ivy leaguer is just what this field encourages. THEY’RE ALL LIKE THAT… you can NOT show any sign of weakness or you’ll be eaten alive.

-and last but not least, the work ethic… YES, YOU DO NEED TO BE ABLE TO WORK FROM 9 TO 9.

you’re right it is how bad you want it. what do you recommend doing to become a successful stockbroker?

First, you have to lose the gangster attitude. Tupac had it and look where it got him… Yeah, thats right. Next, you need to be aware of the stock market (all the way through your senior year in college); You need to know whats happening and why. You need to use your analytical skills to project the future numbers. Take up an Econ or Business major and engage in activities pertaining to those majors. Finally, get a company to sign you into the series 7 stockbroker test so you can get yourself a “license”… Its not going to be easy… The life of a stockbroker is very stressful and you need to be completely care-free and sane upon making decisions… Good luck.

thanks man lol… What type of business major??

That doesn’t really make a difference, but I think it would be BEST to go down the finance/accounting road.
