<p>I don't think it's allowed.
But I could be wrong, so you should call them and check.</p>
<p>no highlighters are allowed; all you have is your pencil, so just make good use of that writing utensil</p>
<p>If you need to highlight a point, you may use your pencil and circle/underline/box words and articles.</p>
