<p>Does presenting your research at a state research conference add any boost for admissions to top schools?</p>

<p>Depends on a few things:
-Who was the audience?
-What was it for?
-What there competition?
-Does it pertain to any of your academic interests?</p>
<p>If there was a competition that allowed you to present and you won something then it definitely helps, research never hurts though</p>
<p>It pertains to my academic interests, but there is no competition for this conference. The audience will probably be professionals. Is it worth noting though?</p>
