<p>How's HILC?
Is it loud at night there? Are the rooms really small?
I'm thinking about moving into HILC from collegetown.</p>

<p>I like it so far. The only downside these days has been the lack of AC, but that’s not a huge deal…</p>

If you have been to Low Rise 6/7, its rooms should be the same size as the ones in HILC.</p>
