Hispanic Chance at UF, UNC, UVA, Notre Dame, and Boston College, and SMU

Hey guys, I am a junior this year. I have a 4.41 weighted gpa and a 3.94 unweighted. I am planning on at least scoring a 2100 on the SAT but going to work for a 2150. On Practices i was consistently scoring around this score. I am number 3 of about 70 kids at a not well known school for academics. I live in Florida. I am planning on taking a few more aps next year so that should raise my gpa to around a 4.5 weighted assuming i get straight a's. I am a high class kid and an hispanic. Would the hispanic help a lot? For SMU i mean just getting Presidential scholarship because i already know i could get in to it.
