Hispanic Male Chances to the Ivies

<p>I'm a junior whos starting to research colleges ect. for next year application, just wanted to know if i had any chance at the Ivies, especailly Brown?</p>

<p>First generation to college, hispanic from a low income single parent family</p>

<p>Probly wanna major in bio/political science </p>

<p>Extra Cirricular </p>

-Founded the science club in frosh year and have been president for 3 years
-Debate captain /Mock Trial/ Worked on Campaign for NJ Gov for a few months
-Summer lab research since frosh year , prolly govenor's school this year
-Columbia University Science Honors Program ect. stuff like this
-Science Fair /Intel twice
-Art club
-Part Time Job (15-20 hrs. wk.)</li>

<p>Agreed. You're a very strong candidate where ever you apply, though make sure you apply to some safeties. By the way, you probably don't need to take anymore SAT IIs. No schools I know of require more than three (Harvard asks for 3, Brown for 2), few require even two, and your scores on the ones you took are terrific. Why waste the time and money? It may be smarter for you to concentrate on your AP tests and get lots of 4s and 5s.</p>
