<p>The course information says enrollment is restricted to history/prehistory majors until second pass, but it's my second pass and the restrictions are still preventing me from enrolling. (I can't just declare history because of the way double majoring is structured). Am I just SOL?</p>
<p>that’s exactly the same problem i have with you. i’m a classics major but aiming to switch my major to history. first and second pass and i can’t apply for any history classes. i’m pretty disappointed at the moment but what can i do?</p>
<p>if you look at the schedule of classes, it says nonmajors can enroll in history upper division classes starting august 16th. i mean what the heck is the point of a first and second pass for me if i can’t even apply for the classes i want. chances are, most of these classes are going to be gone and i’m going to be left with the very little i can get, like always. it’s been this way for an entire year for me so i never really managed to get classes i want. ■■■…</p>
<p>ok this is a little weird. i’m able to enroll in one Russian history class upper division (M127A). i checked to see why that is and i noticed that there was no primary class restriction. but even then, this is an upper division history class, right? odd…</p>
