<p>Virtually all of the top LACs should be strong in these departments.</p>
<p>Iowa, Indiana, Boston College, William and Mary.</p>
<p>These are pretty common majors, so I would expect any school that didn't have a major science-techy reputation to excel at both of these. But I don't have any specific suggestions, sorry.</p>
