History/Philosophy/Political Science Departments

How are these departments at Wellesley? Are they particularly strong? I am very interested in the school, I just wanted to know the quality of the departments I am most interested in. Also I wanted to know (if anyone has experience) what it is like to have a double major (workload). Thanks for any feedback.

Someone please respond!!

I have taken several political science classesa and I'm in love with the department and I think it is considered very strong. The professors I've had were all amazing, the classroom discussions were animated, and the support among political science students very strong. Wellesley has several programs that benefit political science students a lot - for example, the Wellesley in Washington program, which is still headed by Hillary Clinton's (apart from Madeleine Albright one of our most famous polisci alums) former first-year advisor, connects students with influential alumnae for a summer or for wintersession. Our CWS stipend program allows you to get money for political internships over the summer. I hope this helps.
