history prep

<p>what would you recommend for someone who's not taking World History or US History in school (we don't have them here) and have absolutely no idea about both of them for prep?</p>

<p>I have the 'for dummies' book but apparently it's crap. I'm buying the official SAT guide from amazon but I don't think that's enough.</p>

<p>I used Kaplan for world history, but I would recommend you try more then one book. As for U.S history, I read Barron's (too detailed) and sparknotes.</p>
