Hit a plateu in practice tests' scores; help?

for the last 4 practice tests, i have been stuck in the 620-680 range.
i cant seem to get out of that range!
what can i do to raise my scores??
please help!

What practice tests are you taking? Unless you are taking collegeboard's test, your scores are inaccurate.

If you are taking barrons, then your score is probably much higher.
Kaplan's test don't even really correlate with actual test scores.

It's a scientifically proven fact that your SAT score will increase for every eight practice tests you take. Now, get back to work.

No its scientifically proven that your scores will improve if you learn something new and useful. Taking 8 tests is one way to do it, or taking one test and then reviewing over it is another way. It is very stupid to take so many tests if you come out of the test without having gained any new knowledge. You can take as many tests as you want, but your score will not improve if you keep on missing the same types of questions over and over again.

constantly review your mistakes. that's the only way to do it. just taking tests over and over again won't really help.

i review, but i seem to get different types of questions wrong, i dont see much pattern. any ideas on what i should do?
