Hey everyone, right now i'm torn between Penn, Dartmouth, and Cornell. Which school will be best for my medical school pursuit? I'm starting to cross off Cornell because of its lack of grade inflation, but Penn and Dartmouth are soOoo very close. I know each school has its strengths, but in the long run which school is better for pre med? I need to focus on a high GPA, lots of volunteer opportunities, plus some undergrad research. Any help would be amazing...the matriculation date is fast approaching!

I would say that either school would leave you in an excellent position for med school. However, it's my opinion that Dartmouth allows you to explore more academic interests outside of your "comfort level", and if you don't mind the winters and the relative isolation (which isn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be), I would go with Dartmouth. Keep in mind that any responses you get on this board (including mine) are naturally going to be biased toward Dartmouth, but in all honesty, there is nowhere else I'd rather be right now.
