Submit films into film festivals. (e.g hsfilmfest.com).
Submit animations into community competitions and MAYBE film festivals.
Create a business w/ your skills.
Submit videos to youtube to build a fanbase.</p>
<p>Don’t send in art supplements if you don’t think you’re good enough for a competition. Enter a couple of competitions first to build up your credibility, and if you win enough, then you could decide whether or not to send in the art supplements (otherwise it’ll look like amateur hour).</p>
<p>Film festivals are easy to win, you just need a good team and a couple solid weeks’ worth of effort.</p>
