I can't decide between these two at all. I really like both schools even though they are completely different from each other it seems. Any advice on things? Also any idea on how the community at each of these schools? Like diversity, friendlness, and just in general are people more of one type than another? Thanks in advance

Holy Cross has a greater sense of community. It is a small school that has always been completely residential with 95% of all students living on campus. Northeastern was almost exclusively a commuter school in the Boston area up until the 1070s when it went on a building spree and now has a lot of residence halls but still cannot guarantee housing for all 4 years like HC can. More school spirit and community spirit at HC. Alumni giving by HC alumni is around 55% whereas it is only 10% at Northeastern. Clear indicator of how attached students are to the college.

holy cross hands down…I’m trying to choose between BC and HC premed…insights?

Comes down to if you like big school (over 9000 students) versus small school (3000 students). HC offers housing for all four years on one campus. BC is spread across two campuses 2 miles apart with bus service and housing is not available junior year. You must move off campus at BC. Much bigger sports emphasis at BC more academic focus at HC.

i love your username. please don’t transpose the simplicity of this decision. You should go to Holy Cross.
