Im home schooled. Ive gone to public school for every year except 3rd, 6th, 8th, and now I'm in 9th grade and will homeschool for the rest of high school. When I was in school my grades were all A+ besides math, and I always got a high B. My education is (as of now) the MOST important thing for me. I am planning on applying to all the ivy leagues and also some others like Cambridge etc. So Im trying to figure out what my next step should be. I was online just browsing different SAT classes. I was thinking that i could study hard and take the SAT. Then figure out the other miscellaneous required things for applying for college, and get in early. This is when I realized that a good grade on the SAT isn't the only thing I need to get into college.... So I started researching what it takes to get into a good school. The problem is I can't find anything that I (as a homeschooler) can do. I cannot prove straight A's, I cannot prove that I'm in a bunch of school clubs, or that I'm the class president. So what as a home schooler CAN i do? The reason for me being home schooled is because my family travels on business a lot, so despite my amazing grades i had trouble in school also the education system where i am is unsatisfactory. So clubs and extra circular activities are hard too because of the travel. So what as a home schooler can I do to ready myself for applying for college. What should my next steps be?
