I turned to homeschooling when I had finished the first semester of my junior year at high school (I have health issues). In this case, am I required to submit the school reports that show the grades I earned during the years I attended high school? I don't think my ex counselor has kept anything about my school years.

Yes you do. Your record still exists at your former school. You will have to ask that they send that to your colleges.

I was 18 back then, so I checked out of school (I’m not bound to the school). I asked them if I could have my community service hour record like a week ago, and they just simply didn’t reply. I sent an email to my ex counselor weeks ago asking if she could send in the school reports, but she ignored my email. I was taking all the AP classes from the first period to the eighth and had straight As; I wasn’t a bad student in any way.

I have a GED. Do I still need school reports when I have a GED?

Schools that are in any way selective will need that transcript, GED or no.

They will have a transcript, it may just take some effort. Worse case, drive to the school and sit there until you can get a copy of your “official” transcript. Actually, you would need multiple copies…
