That’s true. Someone upthread commented about the teaching fellows and the Penn program. I was responding to that comment.
DH and I would like to be a teaching fellows at one of the boarding schools for a couple of years during retirement- free housing, free food, free gym membership, rekindle our teaching experience, learn new skills, be around young people, access to the library, and don’t have to worry about getting bored😉 .

Last summer we met a couple (in their 60s?) who taught at one of the ski BS in VT. During the summer they lived on a sail boat. I could get behind that life….
