bUt MIT was my dream.. always was.. research.. great minds.. the awe i feel on their campus.. its just ecstatic.. i wanna be there..

and i think they need to see that i am worthy.. .. my interviewer (freshman application) sed that If u dnt make it.. then hu will.. but i ddnt.. cause of low sats and school grades.. (relatively low).. so i was just wandering if my college stuff will overshadow it.. but u asked about it.. so i guess... i shud wait another year before applying so HS is completely (Almost) disregarded?

i am taking calc 2, cs advanced topics, cs matlab, gt 1000 (a gatech class), micro economics, psychology

BTW: GATECH's amazing too.. great value for money and excellent research oppurtunities.. to tell u guys the truth.. its cause my gfs in boston also.. in addition to the fact that MIT's always been my dream

yeah, everything you just said in your last post needs to go in your essays...some admission guy is gonna get a hard on probably

Huh?

If I remember correctly, an adcom at MIT said that unless you were an intel finalist or something of the sort, you pretty much don't have a chance.

Post your inquiry on the MIT forum so Ben Jones, an adcom at MIT, can make comments.

ps.. wat is an intel finalist? U mean their multithreading competitions on Top Coder? Or interning there, cause I think I have a very good chance of interning there this summer

ut i knw people there, they seem so normal, and they ddnt do all that amazing as esoteric MIT seems, but wtv.. maybe transfer is extra hard

Don't waste your time with unsubstantiated nonsense. You have a chance, so apply. I strongly doubt 'iwanatransfer' has met every single admitted student at MIT.
