I've moved around 8 times in about 7 years, due to financial/situational problems.
I haven't written my essay yet, but I hope to make it unique and portray my tenacity in academics and success.

Seen above, my EC's, test scores, GPA, and being Asian proportionally makes it more difficult for me to admit into Harvard.
Given these circumstances, please tell me if my essay can act as a supplement to fill in the lacking areas, and give me your honest comments!

“I hope to make it unique and portray my tenacity in academics and success.”

That doesn’t seem very unique to me. Your essay isn’t to reinforce your transcript. it already shows your tenacity in academics. Essay readers want to know something about you. If all you are is a tenacious scholar – well, we all know how few of them are at Harvard – they’ll send the limousine to get you. NOT.

Tell them about what makes you laugh. Tell them something absurd. Tell them about you and why someone with your disposition, outlook on life, sense of humor, whatever will make a contribution to the Harvard community. Another tenacious scholar? Boring and one-dimensional. If all you are is a book worm and then to re-emphasize that fact in your essays? Then you’re toast, frankly.

When you write your essays you want to show other dimensions of your personality. Administrators can clearly see that you are a very bright and accomplished individual, so instead of reinforcing it as T264 said- try and write something about who you are. Use your writing style to convey personality and maybe emphasis an experience/person to show your character. Good luck, and congrats on your fantastic resume. Very well done on your SAT IIs!
